Associations and Foundations Law
An association is a group of people with a legal personality formed by at least seven real or legal persons who continuously combine their knowledge and work in order to achieve a specific and common purpose that is not prohibited by law, other than profit sharing.
A foundation is an institution formed by allocating real or legal persons with specific property and rights to a specific and permanent purpose. Traditionally, a property or money left by a person under certain conditions and in a formal way for a service to be provided in the future is called a "foundation".
As a result of the sense of helping and compassion that comes from our deep-rooted history, the rate of establishment of associations and foundations is quite high in our country. As Kuzey Hukuk & Danışmanlık we provide legal support to our clients who have legal personality as associations and foundations with our expert staff in order to prevent them from experiencing any problems both during the establishment phase and during their strictly controlled operations.
