E-Commerce Law

With the rapid spread of the Internet throughout the world, commercial activities have begun to be carried out not only physically but also electronically.

E-commerce is defined in Article 2 of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, published in the Official Gazette on 05.11.2014, as "all kinds of online economic and commercial activities carried out electronically without physical encounter".

There are also some regulations in force other than the law article regulated on e-commerce. As Kuzey Law & Consultancy, we ensure that the activities of our client companies carried out in the electronic environment comply with the laws and regulations with our expert staff.
